на машинах кторые под VPN сидят в инете после вызова HttpSendRequest ловится ошибка 12029. через IE файл отлично скачивается.
тестеры говорят что прога добавлена в исключения в антивирусах и фаерволах.
или они вообще отключены.

где собако могла порытся?
