Проблема с Aptana в Windows 7

Доброго времени суток.

Установил Ruby for Windows + Aptana на Windows 7, при загрузке последней вываливается масса ошибок:

Тоже самое на Убунте работает гладко.

В чем смысл этих ошибок и как от них избавиться?

Я все понимаю конечно, но ..... юзать убунту

На винде я завязывал интерпретатор на NetBeans.

Ты так говоришь Убунту как будто в этом есть что-то плохое

Неет, я наоборот тебе предлагаю работать в Убунту и выкинуть винду. Это наоборот хорошее

Нуу, Винда у меня рабочая и безальтернативная, не только в инете сижу и аптану запускаю
Хотелось просто не запускать ВМ при каждой надобности написать скрипт.
