VirtualBox

VirtualBox - система виртуализации, аналогичная VMware Workstation и MS Virtual PC. Поддерживает динамическую трансляцию - выполнение большей части инструкций гостевой ОС производится на реальном оборудовании. В роли гостевой системы могут выступать Windows, GNU/Linux, BSD и другие операционные системы.
Плюсы: компактность, бесплатность, поддержка образов VMware, высокая производительность. Довольно существенный минус: нет возможности посредством drag'n'drop - т.е. схватил и перетащил - переносить файлы на виртуальную машину (придется использовать NAT соединение).

Теперь виртуалки отказываются запускаться, ругаясь, что VT-x не работает (без аппаратного ускорения работают, однако мне NetBSD нужна, а она его требует). Пришлось откатиться на 3.0.12
бага проверена в linux-сборках (Mandriva i386 и Debian amd64)

Нажимаю при запущенной виртуальной машине
"Устройства - Установить Дополнения гостевой ОС", но ничего не происходит.
Мастер не запускается

VBoxGuestAdditions.iso присутствует в Устройствах.

чё-то там отрешалось - много всякой херни выдало на экран
затем пытаюсь создать общую папку:
mount -t vboxsf папка_в_виндоусе /mnt/папка

грит не известен тип фвйловой системы vboxsf

Читай выданную херню Гостевые дополнения устанавливаются не так просто, они включают модуль ядра, для установки которого требуются, как минимум, пакет с заголовками, компилятор и сборщик.

пишет что функции аппаратной виртуализации включены но не функционируют, в BIOS настроек нету

Добрый день!!!

Подскажите пожалуйста, хост Windows 7 Pro x64, врсия VirtualBox 3.1.6.

Пользоваться начал недавно, и сталкнулся с небольшой проблеммой при запуске новой гостевой как с CD/DVD, так и с hard.

В общем проблема вот в чем, когда ставил первую гостъю WinXPSP3x86 выставил запуск машины с CD/DVD, все стало нормально, при создании второй гостъи появилась небольшая неприятность со стратом, в прикрепленном файле скрин того чего я не могу немного понять, обьясните пожалуйста розобраться что это, и как сделать нормальную загрузку с harda или cd/dvd?
