Add Resource in C#?

To create a new Win32 resource in Solution Explorer

In Solution Explorer, right-click the project folder and choose Add, then click Add Resource on the shortcut menu.
If you do not aleady have an .rc file in your project, this step will create one. You can then repeat this step to add specific resource types to the new .rc file.

In the Add Resource dialog box, choose the type of resource you'd like to add to your project.

Дело в том что в мени Add  вообще нет строчки  Add Resource !!?

Не понимаю почему?

Создать таким образом фай с расширение  (.rc) невозможно.
Wizard предлагает только файлы (.resx) ????????

А ачем Win32 ресурсы в .NET приложении, если не секрет? Вообще поищи на RSDN.ru в разделе статьи, там вроде что-то было
